The Company announces that it has received notice from its Slovakian legal counsel,
that the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic reinstated the title to the Germerska
Poloma talc mining concession rights into the ownership of Rozmin S.R.O, a Slovakian
holding company of which the Company holds a majority equity interest. The Supreme
Court judgment represents a complete reversal of the decision in January 2005
where Mining office from Spiska Nova Ves had granted the Germerska Poloma talc
mining concession rights held by Rozmin S.R.O. (Rozmin) to another party. The
Company is currently translating the Slovakian court judgment and will provide
further details as and when known.
