RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Belmont Resources Inc. (TSX.V-BEA) held its Annual General Meeting on July 3,2007. At the meeting the shareholders re-elected Vojtech Agyagos, Gary Musil, Jake Bottay, Kenneth B. Liebscher and Roger Agyagos for the upcoming year.

All other resolutions submitted by Management to the shareholders for consideration were approved as presented. There was no new business arising from the floor. A summary of the past years activities was presented at the meeting and further exploration plans on the Company’s uranium properties were discussed. A summary of the project plans for 2007 will be released later this month.

Management would like to thank the Company’s shareholders for their continued support throughout the past year.
