BELMONT SHAREHOLDERS RE-ELECT BOARD AT AGM

Belmont Resources Inc. held its Annual General Meeting today.

At the meeting the shareholders re-elected Vojtech Agyagos, Gary Musil, Peter E. Serck, Jake Bottay, Kenneth B. Liebscher and Peter P.H. John to the Board of Directors for the upcoming year. The directors appointed Vojtech Agyagos as President/Chief Executive Officer and Gary Musil as Corporate Secretary/Chief Financial Officer.

All other resolutions were also unanimously approved.
