JAMES BAY LOWLANDS – DIAMOND EXPLORATION

Further to our May 20/03 news release, Belmont Resources Inc. (“BEO”) announces it is mobilizing a geophysical exploration crew to begin the preliminary program on it’s Tolmie II property.

The initial program will consist of line cutting and ground geophysical (magnetic and MaxMin II electromagnetic) surveys. The work program is expected to be completed within four weeks, followed by interpretation for drill targets.

Belmont’s Tolmie II property is considered to be highly perspective to host one or more potentially diamond bearing kimberlite pipes.
